Cloud Computing Power Service Agreement

Product Name: MeMiner: Cloud Mining
Effective Date: This Agreement becomes effective when the user clicks “Agree” or completes the registration process.

Chapter 1: Agreement Acknowledgment

1.1 Before using MeMiner: Cloud Mining (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”), you must carefully read and fully agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1.2 This Agreement consists of the provisions stated herein as well as all operational rules, public notices, feature explanations, and other documents released by the Platform from time to time. All such documents form an integral part of this Agreement and carry the same legal effect.

Chapter 2: Definitions

2.1 Platform: Refers to the software system that provides cloud-based computing power leasing services and simulated virtual revenue functions.

2.2 User: Refers to any individual or organization that registers for and uses the Platform. Users must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Minors are not permitted to use the Platform.

2.3 Cloud Computing Power Unit: Refers to virtual computational resources allocated to users. These units do not represent ownership, control, or leasing of any physical mining equipment.

2.4 Virtual Revenue: Refers to algorithmically generated simulated returns based on computing power performance. Such returns are for reference purposes only and are subject to fluctuations.

2.5 Performance Adjustment Mechanism: A built-in system feature where computing power performance gradually decreases over time, simulating realistic operational conditions.

2.6 Compensation Feature: Users may complete optional activities (such as viewing promotions or finishing designated tasks) to temporarily offset performance decline. The rules and availability of such activities are subject to updates by the Platform.

Chapter 3: Scope of Services

3.1 MeMiner: Cloud Mining provides the following services:

Leasing and management of virtual cloud computing power units;
Algorithm-based simulation of virtual revenue;
Optional withdrawal or conversion functions, in accordance with Platform policy, technical conditions, and compliance requirements.

3.2 Important Notice:

All revenue data displayed are simulated and for illustrative purposes only;
The Platform does not engage in real cryptocurrency mining or blockchain operations;
The Platform does not guarantee any real-world monetary value, exchange rate, or financial gain from simulated revenue.

Chapter 4: Revenue and Risk Disclaimer

4.1 Simulated revenue may vary depending on:

System performance adjustments;
User participation in compensation or promotional activities;
Changes to Platform algorithms or models.

4.2 Users acknowledge and agree that:

Virtual revenue is not guaranteed and may fluctuate;
Past simulation results do not represent or predict future outcomes;
The Platform does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice.

4.3 The Platform shall not be liable for:

Any decrease, fluctuation, or delay in simulated returns due to algorithmic or rule adjustments;
Temporary service suspension caused by maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure;
Any losses resulting from user-side issues such as network instability, device malfunction, or improper operation.

Chapter 5: Miscellaneous

5.1 The Platform reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement based on business needs, service optimization, or regulatory requirements. Updated terms take effect upon publication.

5.2 Users are responsible for reviewing updates and announcements. Continued use of the Platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
